| Wireless System-In-Package Modules
| The GreenPeak System-in-Package, is an electronic component for integration in a larger electronic system. The Lime Module contains everything to create a wireless sensor device: the wireless mesh communication protocol, the antenna and the interfaces to the outside world. What you add to it to complete the wireless sensor device is: an enclosing box, electrical power, the sensor or actuator and the signal conditioning components between the sensor and input pin of themodule. |
