Software Application Engineer for Wireless Systems

As Software Application Engineer you provide support to customers in a professional, effective and timely manner. Your in depth expertise will guide and assist customers to implement the GreenPeak products into their applications.

JobDescription

• Provide support to customers on our products and in particular on the embedded software and software development tools
• Work closely together with the Field Application Engineers to do in depth analysis of product and or application implementation issues, reproduce and resolve the issues and provide closed loop corrective actions with engineering
• Develop training material on our product portfolio
• Provide training on our product portfolio to customers, partners and sales channels

Your profile

• Master degree in Electronic Engineering (Ir/Ing)
• Result-driven, with a strong technical intuition
• Excellent communicator, both in writing and speaking
• “Customer-first” mentality
• You are a problem solver and exhibit a natural tendency to anticipate on customer needs
• Willing to travel world-wide (20% max.)
• Not limited by a dogmatic approach
• Strong technical intuition with a commercial flavor
• Self starter and a true team player
• Experience in sales support, embedded software and/or wireless communication systems is an asset but not a must
